Terms of Service
Important information about using this service
We provide a platform that connects Requesters with independent Drivers. We do not provide transport services ourselves and are not a party to any agreement between users.
We are not responsible for the performance, safety, or quality of transport services. Requesters are responsible for verifying the credentials and services of Drivers independently.
Drivers are required to maintain their own insurance coverage. It is the Requester's responsibility to confirm insurance details with the Driver before confirming a booking.
Any disputes regarding services, delays, damages, or other issues must be resolved directly between the Requester and Driver. We are not responsible for mediating disputes.
Users are responsible for maintaining their account security and ensuring all provided information is accurate. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
We disclaim all warranties related to services arranged through our platform and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Payment Terms
Important information about your payment
Payment will be processed 2 days before the scheduled job start date. Your payment method will be automatically charged at this time. If your scheduled job is less than 2 days away, you will be charged at this time.
Cancellations made more than 2 days before the job start date will not be charged. Cancellations within 2 days of the job may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total.
If the service was not completed satisfactorily, you may request a refund within 7 days of job completion. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
The quoted price is guaranteed and will not change unless the job details (vehicle count, locations, etc.) are modified after booking.
